1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Health AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Health AI is an AI-powered fitness coaching platform that:

• Syncs with Garmin devices to collect health and fitness data
• Uses machine learning (XGBoost) to predict training readiness
• Provides personalized training recommendations via Google Gemini AI
• Offers goal tracking, training calendar, and performance analytics

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Requirements

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You may not create multiple accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious code or content

5. Health Disclaimer

• The Service is for informational and educational purposes only
• Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program
• Do not ignore professional medical advice based on our recommendations
• Stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort
• The AI predictions are estimates and may not be accurate for your situation

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Health AI and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (feedback, custom goals, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for Service improvement.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Garmin Connect: Subject to Garmin's Terms of Service
• Google Firebase: Subject to Google Cloud Terms
• Google Gemini AI: Subject to Google AI Terms

We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access:

• The Service may be unavailable for maintenance or updates
• We may modify or discontinue features without notice
• Third-party outages (Garmin, Google Cloud) may affect the Service

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Health AI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for injuries resulting from following our recommendations
• Our total liability shall not exceed €100 or the amount you paid us (if any)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Health AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Create risk or legal exposure for us

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
